FUNERAL SERVICE FOR THOMAS W. GROVES

Thomas William Groves of 459 Stewart St. N. Renfrew, passed away on January 8, 1960 after an illness of about one year. The late Mr. Groves was born at Douglas, a son of William Groves and Elizabeth James. He was a member of St Paul’s Anglican Church. Survivors include, Mrs. John Mackay and Miss Eleanor Groves both of Renfrew, one nephew John Moran of Renfrew and two nieces Mrs. Leslie Carswell of Ottawa and Miss Kathryn Moran of Montreal.

The body rested at McPhail and Perkins Funeral Home, where service was conducted Monday January 11th at 3 p.m. by Rev. J.L. Bradley. Interment was in Thomsonville Cemetery. Pallbearers were, Ernie Eady, Ray Elliott, Lorne McGregor, J.W. Briscoe, William Maas and Jack Stewart.
